2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the content and the specific design of their website. However, LOOVIDRA VENTURES LIMITED retains the rights to the underlying technical frameworks and proprietary code used for development.
3. Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting services are managed by LOOVIDRA VENTURES LIMITED. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for external network failures or local infrastructure issues beyond our control in Uganda.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Kampala.
